ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant in Stafford, TX to attract and screen prospective tenants, tour properties, and explain lease terms. You will coordinate with the property manager and respond to inquiries, processing applications and assisting move-ins to ensure a smooth leasing process.

The role requires strong communication, sales ability, and knowledge of property management software; weekend availability may be needed.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Mansioni

• Lease apartments to qualified prospects and prepare lease paperwork.
• Assist residents with move-in processes and documentation.
• Respond to in-person, phone, and email inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.
• Market properties and participate in outreach events to maximize occupancy.
