Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare lease documents.
• Manage move-in packages and ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community and use internet marketing tools.
• Maintain up-to-date occupancy data using on-site management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Inspect show units and coordinate maintenance needs to ensure show quality.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for residents ahead of move-out dates and renewals.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries and document requests.
