Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail sales, or multifamily leasing experience required.
• Experience with Entrata preferred.
• Above average ability to communicate with clients and with co-workers both verbally and in writing.
• Basic personal computer skills and ability to learn specialized software.
• Ability to close lease sales using effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Rents apartment units to prospective residents.
• Answers phone and email inquiries from prospective residents and invites community visits.
• Meets with prospective residents to assess needs and matches to apartment types.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan to achieve community goals.
• Conducts outreach marketing to drive traffic to the community.
• Shows apartments and the community, highlighting amenities.
• Collects information for applications and inputs data into the system.
• Guides applicants through the approval process and initial payments; schedules move-in date.
