Job summary

Management Services Corporation in Charlottesville, VA seeks a Marketing & Leasing Director to lead our leasing team and drive property occupancy through strategic marketing and exceptional customer service.

You will develop and implement marketing plans for multi-site housing communities, stay informed on market changes, and adjust plans to meet organizational objectives. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of apartment property marketing management normally acquired by four years of college or comparable work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the Charlottesville housing marketplace including student properties.
• Educate team members on market knowledge and positioning.
• Analyze year-over-year performance and propose changes.
• Maintain current on marketing practices and competitor activity.
• Assist with advertising creation and quality control standards for materials.
• Support websites and coordinate with vendors for updates and accuracy.
• Keep abreast of local regulatory requirements related to marketing.
• Assist with customer support activities, events, and local requirements.
• Lead and develop marketing initiatives to drive traffic and leasing.
• Evaluate marketing team performance against policies and objectives.
• Set leasing goals and track closing ratios.

Education
