Qualifications

• Strong sales and leasing abilities to close deals.

• Experience with property management software (Yardi/OneSite) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and qualifies prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, and prepares leases.
• Schedules move-ins, coordinates with maintenance, and ensures units are move-in ready.
• Monitors market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Executes marketing activities and referral/employer outreach to drive traffic.
• Uses PM software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensures show units meet company standards through daily inspections and upkeep requests.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to secure lease renewals and satisfaction.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Responds promptly to resident/client concerns and documents requests.
• Completes various accounting, financial, administrative, and other reports as assigned.
