Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our extraordinary leasing team at an Arlington, Virginia community. You will manage daily leasing operations, conduct tailored tours, and help prospective residents find their ideal home.

We value strong customer service, knowledge of property management software, and an ability to collaborate with a team. Weekend availability is required, and experience in real estate or property management is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; knowledge of fair housing laws preferred.

• Lease apartments and manage daily leasing operations.
