Job summary

Vivmark Residential in New Jersey is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our 40-hour weekly team. As part of an expanding portfolio, you’ll guide prospective residents through tours, suggest optimal floorplans, and tailor experiences to individual tastes, ensuring luxury living standards.

Applicants should have 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with property management software and MS Office. Saturday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct creative tours and assist residents in selecting floorplans.

• Availability on Saturdays due to high weekend traffic.
