Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to support daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities. You will provide exceptional service, conduct tours, and guide residents from first contact to lease signing.

With 1-2 years in leasing or customer service, you will leverage your sales and communication skills to drive occupancy. Weekend availability is required, and you will work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Lead guided tours and present floorplans.
• Manage leads and follow up to convert inquiries to leases.
• Coordinate with leasing team and support daily operations.
