Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities. You will guide tours, present floorplans, and customize tours to residents' tastes, ensuring premium service and timely follow-up.

This role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication, and proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably in real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and match residents to best floorplans.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries to applications.
• Weekend availability is required.
