Vivmark Residential seeks a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities in West Windsor, NJ. As part of a dynamic team, you will welcome prospective residents, present floorplans, and guide tours with a focus on delivering a luxury living experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends (Saturday availability).

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct personalized tours and assist residents in selecting floorplans.
• Follow up on leads with tailored updates and outreach.
• Support leasing team daily operations to ensure a great resident experience.
• Weekend availability, including Saturdays, is required.
