Job summary

AlignHR Oregon seeks an experienced Leasing Agent in the Portland metro area for full-time work with a property management company. Responsibilities include leasing, walk-throughs, paperwork, and coordinating with tenants, vendors, and clients.

Qualified candidates will have 1–2 years in leasing, strong communication, familiarity with AppFolio or similar systems, and the ability to pass a background check. Occasional evenings and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience for multi-family and single-family units.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with leasing and marketing residential rentals; thorough walkthroughs and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain advertisements for available units.
• Schedule and conduct unit viewings and tours.
• Process rental applications and follow up with prospects.
• Explain Lease Agreements and manage move-in/move-out walkthroughs.
• Maintain property appearance and assist with general office tasks.
• Attend weekly mandatory meeting at the main office.
