Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and present property features to secure leases.
• Explain the TAA Lease Contract to residents and applicants.
• Coordinate move-in packets and day-of move-ins with residents.
• Market the property and coordinate resident activities.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents and team members.
• Walk the property daily to maintain curb appeal.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
