Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Jacksonville, FL community. In this hourly non-exempt role, you greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws. At least 1 year of leasing, customer service, or sales experience is preferred.

You must be able to work 3 Saturdays per month and have computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Yardi). Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and bonuses are available for new leases.

• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work 3 Saturdays per month.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Then we have an exciting opportunity for you on our leasing team at our 204-unit apartment community in Jacksonville, FL! As Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people's lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. If you enjoy building relationships and have a friendly and professional demeanor, then what are you waiting for? At least 1 year of apartment leasing, customer service, or sales experience.
