Job summary

Westdale in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our North Austin, 280-unit community near The Domain. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close sales and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong communication, and the ability to type 30 WPM. Saturday work and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering and returning resident calls, as well as email requests
• Completing guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely
• Selling features and amenities to prospective residents

Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver's License.
