Job summary

Westdale in Norcross, GA is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 135-unit apartment community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close leases, and process applications in compliance with fair housing laws.

If you enjoy building relationships and have a friendly, professional demeanor, this is your opportunity. The role requires at least 1 year leasing experience, strong communication, ability to type 30 WPM, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays as needed based on property needs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Rate: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid GA Driver’s License
