Westdale in Titusville, FL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospective residents. You will show apartments, close leases, and process applications in line with fair housing laws.

Earn $19.00–$20.00 per hour with monthly new lease and renewal bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Requires Florida driver's license and ability to work Saturdays per month.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• At least 1 year of leasing experience is preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work3 Saturdays per month.

In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Work Days: Monday – Friday; 3 Saturdays per month
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Florida Driver’s License

Our application process includes criminal background checks and drug screens.

Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
