Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant for a 216-unit community in Titusville, FL. You will greet prospects, show apartments, and guide them through applications and leases, ensuring fair housing compliance and smooth closings.

The role emphasizes strong communication, 1+ year of sales or leasing experience, and ability to work five days with Saturdays. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies base pay and monthly bonus potential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• At least 1 year of leasing experience is preferred.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work 3 Saturdays per month.

Rate: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Work Days: Monday – Friday; 3 Saturdays per month
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Florida Driver’s License
