Job summary

LyvWell Apartments is seeking a Leasing Consultant to create a welcoming experience for prospects and residents at Sabal Pointe. You will drive occupancy by guiding tours, handling the leasing process, and encouraging online applications, while delivering exceptional service.

You’ll manage CRM leads, schedule tours, and coordinate move-ins with the onsite team. The role requires energy, strong communication, and knowledge of housing laws; valid driver's license is needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree in Customer Service/Hospitality preferred.
• 1–2 Years of sales and customer service experience achieving sales goals in fast-paced environments.
• Must have knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws and Fair Housing rules.
• Experience with leasing processes, CRM, tours, and move-in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents and nurture satisfaction.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience and encourage online applications.
• Schedule tours and show apartments; close leases and maintain occupancy goals.
• Manage leads in CRM, coordinate moves, and assist with move-in documentation.
