Job summary

GGP's Sabal Pointe community in Florida is seeking a Leasing Consultant who greets residents and prospects with a welcoming, professional demeanor. You will manage leads in our CRM, schedule tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, presenting apartments, handling applications, and coordinating move-ins. The role requires 1–2 years in sales or customer service, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
• 1-2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Knowledge of federal and state apartment housing laws; adherence to Fair Housing laws and leasing policies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations and nurture satisfaction.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Serve as the liaison through the application, leasing screening, and move-in process, including all related paperwork.
• Fully dedicate to prospects through answering calls, emails, chats, and texts; encourage applicants to submit their online application.
• Communicate detailed information about communities and apartments; conduct informative and personalized tours.
• Schedule tours and show apartments; collaborate with onsite team to exceed occupancy goals.
• Actively participate in the leasing process by monitoring inbound leads, qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, touring prospects, and completing move-in procedures.
