Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of leasing experience in multifamily property management preferred.
• Valid driver's license depending on property.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents and guide them through the leasing experience.
• Conduct informative, personalized tours to generate leases and explain community features.
• Manage leads and leasing requests in the CRM and coordinate move-in paperwork.
• Prepare and send leases; process applications and screening results.
