Two Coast Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to greet prospective residents, tour available apartments, and guide them through the leasing process. You will build rapport, provide product knowledge, and help achieve leasing goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes lively interactions, a sales mindset, and teamwork on peak days to maintain a vibrant community. This is a full-time on-site position in Florida.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of leasing, sales, or customer-service experience is desirable.
• Ability to perform tours of the property and explain leasing options clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist future residents in finding the right apartment.
• Give engaging tours of move-in-ready units with enthusiasm.
• Answer questions and provide guidance to make the process seamless.
• Work with team to meet leasing goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Assist current residents with renewals to keep the community thriving.
