The Cardinal Group is seeking a Leasing Team Member in Berkeley, CA. This full-time, non-exempt role offers strong earnings potential through base pay plus bonus potential and the chance to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and collaborate with a team to lease available homes while upholding Cardinal's customer service standards and community values.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent service mindset and people skills.
• Strong communication by phone and in person.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service by ensuring Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Greet prospective clients, answer leasing calls, determine needs, present the community, and close the sale.
• Complete all lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain lease file documentation and participate in audits.
• Keep the tour path clean for a positive first impression.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional attitude with residents, prospects, and vendors.
• Assist with planning community events and other projects.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
