Cardinal Group in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Team Leader to support the Community Manager in property operations with a focus on leasing, marketing, and resident relations.

The role aims to achieve 100% occupancy through retention, current leasing, and pre-leasing future availability.You will greet prospects, present the property, process applications, maintain records, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to greet clients warmly and handle phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective clients and present property features to close leases.
• Handle inbound calls professionally and refer to leasing process.
• Complete lease applications and verify results, notify applicants.
• Maintain client records and daily vacancy/activity reports.
• Support concierge program for residents and maintain tour routes.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
