This role requires energy, sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; compensation includes base salary of $26–$28 per hour plus bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and sales experience.
• High-energy and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Provides excellent service and is great with people.
• Warm, friendly, and helpful in person and on the phone.
• Basic computer skills: typing and writing for correspondence.
• Available evenings and weekends (Tuesday–Saturday).
• Able to embody Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values daily.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for customer service and ensure Cardinal customers are satisfied.
• Greet prospective clients warmly and answer leasing calls.
• Present the community and apartments professionally; close the sale.
• Complete lease applications and maintain lease file documentation.
• Maintain a positive first impression of the community and assist with events.
• Participate in Cardinal U training as required.
