You will help achieve maximum occupancy and resident satisfaction by guiding tours, qualifying prospects, and preparing lease documentation, with emphasis on safety and community standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure satisfaction.
• Tour prospective residents, qualify leads, prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity, and generate weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities and support management with clerical tasks.
