The role requires strong customer service, ability to manage documentation in Yardi Voyager, and proficiency with MS Office. A high school diploma and at least one year in sales or leasing are preferred. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Maintain records and generate leasing reports.
• Ensure model apartments are ready for touring and that move-in paperwork is completed.
