Job summary

Olympus Property in San Diego, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, greet guests, show and lease apartments, explain options, and provide outstanding service to current and prospective residents.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, RealPage/OneSite familiarity, and full-time hours Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with weekends; includes monthly commissions and renewal bonuses, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum leasing experience.
• Proficient in RealPage/OneSite software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of different unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain property knowledge.
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork.
• Input information into internal resident database.
• Support resident events and community functions.
