Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant for 207 East in Washington. You will be the face of the property, showing and leasing apartments to prospective residents and delivering exceptional service.

This full-time role requires weekend hours, on-site work, and after-hours events. You will greet visitors, explain leasing options, close sales, prepare paperwork, and manage data in the resident system while promoting community activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/customer-facing role.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
• Strong communication, hospitality mindset, and a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of apartment options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, and welcoming manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the property and its offerings.
• Close the sale of new apartment homes to prospects.
• Prepare lease paperwork, obtain move-in keys, and support pre-arrival duties.
• Enter information into the internal resident database.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Perform various administrative duties and respond to resident requests.
