Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at an on-site property in Fort Lauderdale. You will conduct tours, process applications, and drive occupancy while maintaining an engaging online presence.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent; proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software; and a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends. On-site work with a customer-focused team is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare move-in paperwork
• Maintain active social media presence for property
• Resolve resident issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, tours, and follow-ups
• Use marketing strategies to drive traffic within the marketing plan
