Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Leasing Manager to lead the leasing team, optimize occupancy, and drive marketing efforts for an apartment community. You will supervise staff, guide pricing, and ensure exceptional resident service while maintaining company standards.

Ideal candidates have a four-year degree, leasing experience, supervisory skills, and proficiency with office software and property management tools. The role is on-site with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent
• 4 years' leasing experience preferred
• 2 years' supervisory experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Adobe, property management software experience

Responsibilities

• Close sales: set appointments, tours, and follow-up
• Market properties within budget and plan; use referrals and outreach
• Present a favorable image to achieve objectives and public recognition
• Retain residents through events and engagement
• Prepare leases, move-ins, and paperwork in a timely manner
• Attend goal-setting meetings and mentor leasing staff
