Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to handle leasing, marketing, and resident relations at an apartment community. You will greet prospects, qualify them, assist with applications and deposits, and move rentals through to lease signing.

The role requires managing tours, processing applications, and maintaining an active social media presence while delivering exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Office, Property Management Software

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone and internet inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, in-person)
• Greet and qualify prospects professionally; assist with applications and deposits per procedures
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification; submit for processing
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare for move-in and obtain signatures
• Assist in maintaining an active social media presence for the property
• Respond to complaints and requests promptly to promote resident satisfaction and retention
