Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations. You will handle leases, guide applicants through the process, and host tours to convert interest into signed agreements.

The role requires coordinating with maintenance, utilizing lead management software, and promoting an engaging social media presence to attract residents while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing standards.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours
• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards; assist with applications and deposits
• Process applications with credit checks and rental history verification
• Show apartments and close sales; obtain signatures and provide orientation
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement
• Address complaints and service requests to maintain resident satisfaction
• Close sales through scheduling, tours, and follow-up
• Utilize marketing strategies within the budget to drive traffic
• Represent a positive image of the community to achieve objectives
• Coordinate with maintenance and attendance at team meetings
