Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. You will regularly attend onsite, greet and tour prospects, qualify applicants, and sign leases.

Responsibilities include leasing paperwork, lead generation, market surveys, and maintaining data. The role emphasizes customer service, retention programs, and collaboration with the onsite team.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour the community.
• Close sales by scheduling appointments, generating leads, and following up.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to drive property traffic and leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and assist in retention programs.
