Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite attendance is required, with responsibilities including showing, leasing, signing leases, and completing necessary paperwork.

You will assist with lease audits, maintain accurate lead data, and implement retention programs while supporting marketing plans and market surveys.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills are required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing paperwork needed before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
