Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a property. Regular onsite attendance, showings, tours, lease signings, and follow-up are essential.

You will handle leasing paperwork, lead generation, and market analysis to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities including appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Maintain leasing paperwork, data, and market surveys; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
