You will design and implement marketing activities, respond to resident inquiries, and maintain show units to RangeWater standards. A strong emphasis on customer service and property knowledge will drive successful leasing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Experience in leasing, applications processing, credit screening, and move-in packages.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Perform property tours, qualification, and lease signings.
• Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare move-in paperwork.
• Coordinate offsite marketing activities, referrals, and employer outreach to drive traffic.
• Analyze market trends to inform pricing and promotions.
• Ensure daily show units meet company quality standards and handle renewals.
