Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and occupancy across the community while promoting resident satisfaction. You will greet prospects, prepare move-in packages, and manage documentation to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospects.
• Ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Operate Yardi and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits in reports and manage guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Assist in renewals and monitor advertising effectiveness.
