You will manage applications, conduct tours, stay current on promotions, and document all client interactions in our property management system. This role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work with diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people. If required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain within the timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify renters and market leases.
• Process lease applications for approval and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour prospects, show units, and promote promotions/incentives.
• Log prospect information into the Property Management software and respond to emails/texts.
