Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards.
• Process lease applications and prepare contracts under the Community Manager.
• Tour prospects and show units, model spaces, and common areas.
• Maintain timely logging of prospect information in the Property Management system.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts and stay current on leasing incentives.
