Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market properties, and lease to prospective renters in line with our standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

You will show units, process applications, and maintain accurate prospect records in our property management software while coordinating with the Community Manager. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads to identify potential renters and market properties.
• Lease and renew apartment leases in accordance with Company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications for approval and prepare new contracts.
• Greet and tour prospects, including vacant/model units and amenity areas.
• Log prospect information accurately in the Property Management software.
• Respond to emails, voicemails, and texts in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with promotions and leasing incentives.
