The position operates on-site within a multifamily community and involves tours, lease paperwork, and coordination of move-ins.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license required or ability to obtain within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients and identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in accordance with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Log prospect information into our Property Management software and manage communications (emails, voicemails, texts).
• Tour units and common areas for prospects and coordinate move-ins and inspections as needed.
• Assist with Move Out Vac/Movic checklist and other duties as assigned.
