Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from prospective clients, market and lease apartments, and provide exceptional customer service. You will process leases, tour units, and maintain accurate records in our property management system, working closely with management to ensure a smooth leasing process.

Qualifications

Minimum experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
State leasing license or ability to obtain per law.

Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and leads to identify potential renters.
Market, lease, and renew apartments per company standards.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
Tour and show units, including vacant/model spaces.
Log prospect information into property management software.
Post notices and assist with daily community operations.
Coordinate with managers and service staff as needed.
