You will provide excellent customer service while representing the company professionally.

The role requires understanding the community and local market, processing lease paperwork, and maintaining accurate records in our property management system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries/leads from prospective clients to identify potential renters.
• Market, lease, and renew apartment leases in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional representation of the company.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Maintain knowledge of community, floor plans, promotions, and market competitors.
