Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, identify prospective renters, and lease apartment units in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines. You will deliver excellent customer service, market properties, and coordinate showings, applications, and move-ins while maintaining accurate records in our property management system.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• State leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the daily marketing, administrative, and financial operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager.
• Maintains a strong understanding of the community and local market competitor’s specials and floor plans.
• Processes lease application paperwork for the approval of the CM and prepares new lease contracts.
• Inspects all target and/or show units in advance and in preparation of greeting and touring new prospects.
• Understands, utilizes and promotes all third-party online leasing programs appropriately.
• Ensure timely and accurate logging of all prospect information and notifications into our Property Management software.
