Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries from potential residents, market the property, and process leases in accordance with company standards and Fair Housing laws. The role emphasizes strong customer service and competitive leasing practices on-site.

You will tour properties, coordinate showings, and maintain accurate records while staying current on promotions and incentives. A state leasing license may be required within regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing/customer service role.
• Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily marketing, administrative, and financial operation of the property under the direction of the Community Manager.
• Maintains knowledge of the community and local market specials and floor plans.
• Leases units and handles lease applications, contracts, and required documentation.
• Tours prospects and shows vacant or model units and amenity spaces.
• Logs prospect information in our Property Management software and responds to inquiries.
