BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market vacancies, and lease apartments in line with company standards and Fair Housing guidelines. You will deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.

You will manage lease applications, tour communities, coordinate move-ins, and use our property management software to log leads and notices. A strong customer-service orientation and sales skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role and strong sales skills.
• Ability to close sales and meet leasing targets.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work with a diverse group of people.
• Must have or obtain a state leasing license as required by law.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries from prospective renters and market vacancies.
• Process lease applications and prepare new lease contracts.
• Tour units and accompany prospects to view spaces.
• Log prospect information in property management software.
• Address emails, voicemails, and texts promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and leasing incentives.
