Olympus Property in California is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, greeting guests and guiding prospects through the leasing process.

You will show available apartments, explain unit options, and deliver exceptional service to current and prospective residents while aiming to meet sales goals. The role includes lease paperwork, data entry, and participation in resident events, with full-time weekday hours and some weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or similar front-facing sales role.
• Full-time availability with Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM and weekends.
• Customer service-oriented with ability to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of apartment unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors in a warm, courteous, professional manner and maintain property knowledge.
• Close sales and prepare lease paperwork; obtain move-in keys.
• Enter information into internal resident database and use sales/marketing strategies to drive traffic.
• Respond to resident requests and help resolve concerns; plan and participate in resident events.
