Job summary

Olympus Property is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the face of the property, greeting guests, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. You will demonstrate available apartment options, explain variations, and secure new leases while providing top-notch service.

This full-time role requires weekday hours 9 AM–6 PM, with weekends, and after-hours events. Prior leasing or high-volume sales experience is valued for success in a dynamic, resident-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant or in a fast-paced sales/restaurant/retail/hospitality customer-facing role.
• Ability to meet sales goals and coordinate resident events.
• Strong customer service and professional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartment homes to prospective residents.
• Explain details of unit options and variations.
• Provide exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Greet visitors warmly and maintain knowledge of the property.
• Close the sale and prepare lease paperwork prior to move-in.
• Enter information into the internal resident database.
• Use marketing strategies to increase property traffic.
• Support resident requests and resolve concerns.
• Plan and participate in resident events and activities.
• Promote the property at locators and local businesses.
