Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and greets prospects, conducts property tours, and processes applications.
• Performs credit and background checks and prepares lease documents.
• Designs and executes marketing campaigns to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Maintains resident satisfaction and supports lease renewals.
