Avenue5 Residential in Walnut Creek, CA is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role requires excellent customer service, sales experience, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Preference for 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records in the leasing system and reports.
